Process Glass
Production Process-
Glass production process is a craft of artwork, giving shape to each bottle gives a different kind of experience. The more glass we produce, more we replace the plastic in the packaging industry which gives a satisfaction of contribution to environment,
In this stage we take raw material of glass in the form of cullet and wash the same in our plant to remove other particles and make it ready to use
On second stage, we prepare a batch with our 100% automatic batch house plant including soda ash, silica sand, dolomite, felsfar etc. and mix this batch with glass cullet in the ratio as suitable to maintain good quality.
On third stage, we put raw material in furnace and melt the same at 1500degree+ temperature and further transfer to feeder line to finally put the same to IS machines
After the formation, the same is transferred to annealing Lehr, which according to different zone maintains the temperature of bottles and then transfer it to single liners.
IS machines are all bottle making machines imported from Europe or China, we have 8 section 3 lines and 1 line 10 section. The process is itself a craftwork of how within seconds a glass ball structure forms into a bottle and give it a new identity.
After the formation, the same is transferred to annealing Lehr, which according to different zone maintains the temperature of bottles and then transfer it to single liners.
On single liner system, quality team inspects each and every bottles and pass the quality approved bottles only for packaging. The rejected bottles again transferred to raw material section
Packed boxes of glass bottles get transferred to godown and then further dispatch to client place
